The F.A.D.D. Ministry (Families Against Drug Dealings) was founded in May, 1998 by
Minister Mary Casper. This Ministry was born out of my own personal hurts and
frustrations. What the enemy meant for bad, God used for good. This ministry is to minister to those hurting because of drug addiction and/or dealings, whether it’s
you, family members or friends. Just as “it takes a village to raise a
child”, it takes families coming together to win the war on drugs. The
drug infestation is another weapon the enemy is using to destroy the family and the church.
He always goes after what is important to God. The enemy may win some
battles, but we will win the war. “If my people, which are called by my
name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven,
and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” 2 Chron. 7:14; it’s up to us. We must come together. If you need help or would like to help
in this ministry, please contact

The Rock Church of Petersburg is the accredited Bible College that was started in September of 1999. Our degree programs are
designed to equip students to follow the Lord in the work of the ministry. For this reason, we have chosen to be accredited
through the Accrediting Commission International, the world's largest non-governmental accrediting association. ACI accredits
over 252 schools in 39 of the United States and in nine other countries on five continents. The ICBT accepts transfer credits
from other colleges and universities, as well as many Bible schools and institutes, after appropriate evaluation.
ICBT offers certificates and college
degrees at the undergraduate and graduate levels in Biblical studies onsite, by correspondence, and through seminars.
Effective with the Winter 2006 Sessions,
the AUDIT program is being re-introduced. See the Registration Forms for the fee schedule. The International College of Bible Theology offers classes on alternate Mondays in Williamsburg and Crewe, and every Tuesday evening for the associate degree level and every Thursday evening for the bachelor
level courses at the Petersburg Campus. Our first day classes began on 2 December 2003. See the Registration section for announcements
